All of our products are made in Croatia – EU. It’s all NEW or maximum a few weeks old products but certainly NEVER BEEN USED! We will always send a valid and functional product, inspected and tested prior to dispatch. Please note, due to a MANUAL PRODUCTION it’s always possible to happen a small differences between multiple products of the same model, as well as tiny imperfections on the product, just because it’s made by human hands not programmed machines. If you can not accept such a possibility please consider buying an industrial product. Some orders could be shipped not-assembled because of courier’s limitation. In such cases all needed parts to assemble a product will be included in the package. Accepted payment methods:
1. Direct bank transfer (SWIFT payment) to our IBAN account. Any registration with us is NOT needed! — How? Ask from us all the necessary details to make a direct bank transfer (Bank’s name, SWIFT code, IBAN, recipients’ name, etc…) regarding the product you’d like to buy. How will you perform such a payment is between you and your bank.
2. Payment with Debit/Credit card (VISA/MasterCard) to the Payment Request issued by Payoneer Billing Service. Registration with Payoneer is NOT needed! — How? Ask from us issuance of a Payment Request regarding the product you’d like to buy. The Payoneer Billing Service will issue a Payment Request, on our behalf, that will be sent to your email address. You will be offered several safe and secure options to pay, choose to pay with your Debit/Credit card…
3. Payment to our PayPal account with Debit/Credit card (VISA/MasterCard). Registration with PayPal is NOT needed! Of course if you also have a PayPal account you can easily make an internal transfer of funds between two PayPal accounts.
4. Exceptionally, we can arrange payments via Western Union global money transfer!
After receiving clear payment or money transfer the product will be shipped within 2-5 business days, whether it’s a made-by-order product or the product is already made. Custom-made projects will take somewhat longer depending on the ordered product but the buyer will be informed abut the dispatch time prior to purchase. Products will be shipped via Standard int’l shipping service with the tracking number, from Croatia – EU. The buyers can check on-line: ips.posta.hr the status of the package. We always send a few photos of the product while packaging and a copy of the postal receipt. Shipping cost will be defined before each purchase in consultation with the buyer, depending on the quantity, size and weight of the package, and delivery destination (e.g. shipping cost for 1 bedside table lamp, package size 60*35*25cm, weight 3-5 Kg, for EU countries is about €15).
Delivery time for standard postal service:
– inside EU 5-7 days, depending on the country.
– rest of the Europa within 5-10 days.
– North America countries within 15-20 days.
– Australia, Fare East… within 20-30 days.
Please see below a list of countries we DO NOT ship our products to! Due to reasons of risky delivery and possible very long delays we had to exclude many countries with large urban areas, so we apologize to all in such cases … However, everyone is most welcome to contact us and check what are the possibilities for doing delivery anyway. We will investigate all options and make the best offer…

We sell our products under 3 guarantees:
– We will always send a NEW and VALID product.
– We will always send a HIGH-QUALITY product for long-term use.
– You’ll get your MONEY BACK if the previous things are not true.
All the products will be inspected and tested prior to dispatch so there is NO chance to ship invalid or damaged product! Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days in case of evident product malfunction or damage. Before returning the product it is necessary to contact us first in order to discuss product replacement or money refund details.
Immediately after seeing the damage, or product’s malfunctioning, please make a written note about the problem, make a few clear digital photos as confirmation of your statement and send it to us to make a damage assessment. Please note, we can hardly accept responsibility for damage or loss caused in transport because it really can’t be our fault, but it can’t be your fault neither, so we offer a fair discussion to resolve the problem to the mutual benefit. Unfortunately, people sometimes have very unreasonable complaints. Any personal objections as; I don’t like this, or this color looks very different, or it seems to me something, etc… we CANNOT accept!
